LTD. based at Ankleshwar, has set up a new unit with state-of-the--art CNC-Automatic and Semi-Automatic machines to facilitate production of world class ‘Spiral Wound Gasket (SWG) products conforming to international standards American-API 601, ASME B16.20, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47A, ASME B16.47B, DIN EN 1092-1 (German Standards) and BSEN 1092 (British Standards) for SWG Manufacturing of Standard and custom made gaskets of all sizes, type and materials.
ORDINEM ENGITECH (INDIA) PVT. LTD.have also recently set-up a state-of-the-art CNC-Automatic Gasket Cutting Machine/System, to cut intricate/typical shaped & larger sized with PCD Gaskets of all Soft & Fibre material of major brands, which otherwise very difficult to cut manually and/or with the help of ‘Power Press & Die Cutting System / Machine’

We have imported most modern CNC-Automatic & Semi-Automatic machines to perform various production activities at different stages, to conform to the international standards and to maintain international quality.
In addition to that, to achieve highest international quality we are also procuring raw material from local markets as well as importing from overseas markets, all tested & conforming to best quality, as specified by ASME (American Standards) and other international standards like, DIN (German Standards) & BS (British Standards).
In compliance to various standards of ASME B16.20 & other International Standards for SWG, we at Ordinem mark each & every SWG with its Size, Material used like CS, SS-304 and SS-316L for Inner & Outer/Guide Ring and also for Filler material, with the help of in-house latest ‘Laser Marking System’.
In addition, we also follow colour code as specified by ASME B16.20 & other international standards for SWG, with the help of our in- house most modern ‘Powder Coating System’, particularly for Outer/Guide Ring.
